Sanipex selected for the 2.3 Billion AED Palazzo Versace project in Dubai

We are proud to announce that Sanipex Group has been chosen to deliver a unique and creative bathroom solution for the iconic Versace project and look forward to exceeding all expectations.  Palazzo Versace Dubai is a 170,000 sq.m hotel and resort in Dubai’s Culture Village. Costing AED 2.3 billion to construct it is expected to be completed in early 2011. The development will include 169 private residences and 217 super-luxury hotel suites all furnished exclusively with Versace Home furniture. Palazzo Versace will feature a health spa and will showcase a one of a kind Versace boutique, all set in beautifully landscaped grounds.

Almost 90 per cent of the artisans working on Palazzo Versace will be based in the UAE, but the hand-cut marble and glass tesserae which requires 12,000 sq.m of mosaic is being developed by an Italian mosaic expert.

Sanipex selected for the USD 400 million Qatar Silhouette Tower

Sanipex Group has recently been awarded the contract to supply the USD 400 million Qatar Silhouette Tower. The group will supply luxury bathroom products for all 59 floors of the tower located in the prestigious West Bay Diplomatic area of Doha, Qatar. The Silhouette Tower is comprised of 365 hotel rooms and 180 serviced apartments.

New Bagno Design Showroom in Chennai

July 2^nd marked the launch of the 3^rd Bagno design showroom in Chennai. Located within the Vaigai Global Store, this 1,000 sq.ft. boutique showroom sets new standards in Chennai, which will appeal strongly to Architects, Designers, Developers and Retail customers alike. "Granite sinks" by Schock – the new edition to the Sanipex Group

Sanipex Group now offers an extremely durable option by becoming a partner with the German sink leader Schock. Around 80% of the material used in Schock sinks is quartz, the hardest constituent of granite. Sultanate of Oman - Bagno Design showroom at Al Ghubra

The Italian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, H.E. Cesare Capitani, inaugurated the new Bagno Design Showroom on April 19th, 2010. This new outlet will feature a very comprehensive range of creative bathroom solutions under the Bagno Design concept.

Plumbex Exhibition

Plumbex India - 5-7 February 2010. Plumbex India marked the official launch of Aquazone
into the Indian plumbing market. The exhibition sponsored by the Indian Plumbers
Association was a great opportunity to meet the leading players in the market and explain not only about our individual brands but the benefits that the overall “Aquazone package” can deliver.

In Mumbai we have opened a 500 square foot showroom located within Hometown, which at 200,000 square foot is India’s largest and most comprehensive home making and home improvement store. According to Calum Stewart, Group Sales and Marketing Director, there is a “retail revolution” taking place in India.
